Single-day reserved seats for 2019 meet at Saratoga Race Course on-sale May 2

Single-day table reservations in Fourstardave Sports Bar and Miller Lite Picnic Paddock available beginning May 8

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will welcome the general public to purchase single-day reserved seats in the Clubhouse and Grandstand for the 2019 meet at Saratoga Race Course beginning Thursday, May 2 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.com.

Inventory is based on availability.

In addition to the offerings in the Clubhouse and Grandstand, single-day tickets for premium reserved seats in The Stretch are currently available through Ticketmaster.com.

The Stretch is a private hospitality area in the Grandstand at the Top of the Stretch featuring modern and upscale amenities in a casual environment with outstanding views of the final turn. Ticket holders enjoy exclusive access to a full-service bar, kitchen and concessions, special events and private restrooms. Guests also enjoy a relaxed dress code at The Stretch.

Reserved seats for Travers Day and the 150th running of the Runhappy Travers on Saturday, August 24 are available exclusively through the purchase of a season or weekly ticket plan, due to high demand. Reserved seats for Whitney Day, Saturday, August 3, are available exclusively as part of either a three-day package or a weekly plan due to the popularity of Whitney weekend and the Fasig-Tipton Festival of Racing, which will feature a new addition this summer: the debut of the Turf Triple Series.

Single-day table reservations in the Fourstardave Sports Bar and Miller Lite Picnic Paddock will be available for paid reservation beginning Wednesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.com. Inventory is based on availability.

Located within close proximity to the trackside apron, the Fourstardave Sports Bar includes more than 80 tables available for paid reservation and a sports bar which features an extensive craft beer selection, popular food vendors, 60 flat-screen televisions and protection from the elements. Configurations include tables that accommodate two, four and six guests.

Personal coolers and outside food and beverage are not permitted in the Fourstardave Sports Bar; on-track food and beverage are allowed.

The Miller Lite Picnic Paddock is the section of the backyard, located adjacent to the paddock, where guests may reserve picnic tables. Each table seats up to six guests and offers premier viewing of horses being saddled before a race.

Outside food and personal coolers are allowed in the reserved picnic area; coolers are subject to search by NYRA security. Additional chairs, tents and umbrellas are prohibited. For a full list of restricted items, visit NYRA.com/Saratoga.

Fans can secure a reserved table for Travers Day in either of these locations exclusively through the purchase of a flex plan. A flex plan offers fans the opportunity to reserve a table on seven dates of their choosing, including Travers Day, within the Fourstardave Sports Bar and Miller Lite Picnic Paddock. Reserved table flex plans are available now by calling the NYRA Box Office at 844-NYRA-TIX.

Among the highlights of the 2019 season are Opening Weekend, July 11-14; the 150th running of the Grade 1, $1.25 million Runhappy Travers on Saturday, August 24; and the Grade 1, $1 million Whitney on Saturday, August 3.

Following Opening Weekend, racing at Saratoga will be conducted five days a week, Wednesdays through Sundays. Closing week will run Wednesday, August 28 through Labor Day, Monday, September 2.
