WATERBORO HANNAFORD TO FEATURE EXPANSION OF IN-STORE PREPARED FOODS TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE

Hannaford to celebrate renovations with $1,000 in donations to local non-profits

Waterboro, ME – Hannaford Supermarkets will welcome shoppers to enjoy a variety of new product offerings and features designed to offer customers a greater level of convenience following a recent renovation at its Waterboro store located at 20 Sokokis Trail.

The renovated supermarket will feature a variety of new wholesome and fresh offerings, including enhanced grab-and-go meal options, such as sandwiches; salads; and heat-and-eat entrees made on-site daily. Additionally, customers will find expanded dairy, frozen food and grocery sections.

“The addition of fresh and ready-made meal selections is designed to make shopping as easy and convenient as possible for our customers,” said Hannaford Supermarkets Waterboro Store Manager Ron Sullivan. “We are excited to welcome back our customers to experience these nutritious and wholesome new offerings while enjoying an expanded selection of our high-quality food and produce, as well as outstanding customer service and everyday low prices.”

In appreciation of the Waterboro community, Hannaford will commemorate the completion of the renovation project by making a $1,000 donation to Outdoors Again, a local non-profit organization. Outdoors Again creates and plans outdoor activities that reintegrate wheelchair users and disabled veterans into their community, providing positive, social and stress-free experiences.
