ALBANY, N.Y. – Tala American Bistro will host a private wine-pairing dinner featuring selections from the high-end boutique purveyor PlumpJack Winery on Tuesday, January 19 at 6 p.m.

The five-course gourmet dinner is created by Tala American Bistro Executive Chef Derek Adams.
