SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y., January 13, 2016 – The Pavilion Grand Hotel, located in downtown Saratoga Springs, has been recognized by the Huffington Post as one of “Ten Top Small But Surprisingly Posh Inns in the Northeast US” in a list published on January 11.

The 48-suite luxury boutique hotel, which falls under the umbrella of Capital Region residential and commercial real estate developer, broker and property manager Prime Companies, was recognized for rooms that are “immaculate, contemporary and larger than most…with appointments that any city (or country) dweller would crave.”

“We are thrilled to be included in this list alongside some of the most well-known inns in the Northeast. It has been our pleasure to reinvent this historic hotel, which in its original incarnation was known as the most opulent in Saratoga Springs, to a full-service urban resort featuring top amenities and conveniences,” said Pavilion Grand Hotel General Manager and Prime Companies Hospitality Division Director Susanne Simpson. “This recognition is a testament to the rich culture and history of Saratoga Springs and the region’s prominence as a tourism magnet for upstate New York.”

The Pavilion Grand Hotel is a full-service luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Saratoga Springs one block off Broadway, which was named one of “America’s Greatest Main Streets” by Travel and Leisure. The Pavilion Grand distinguishes itself with the highest level of guest service and oversized condo style suite accommodations up to 2,300 square feet. The hotel also features an on-site full-service spa; as well as a restaurant, bar and authentic French patisserie TC Paris, amongst other amenities.

Recognized as one of the top tourism destinations in the Northeast and lauded for its unique combination of history and culture, Saratoga Springs is home to the prestigious 40-day thoroughbred racing meet at Saratoga Race Course, which will run from Friday, July 22 through Labor Day, Monday, September 5, 2016; as well as outdoor amphitheater Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the summer residency of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
