STUYVESANT PLAZA TO OFFER “CUPID’S KITCHEN” COOKING SERIES

Turn up the heat with Stuyvesant Plaza and Sur La Table for a “Cupid’s Kitchen” cooking series, a perfect gift in celebration of Valentine’s Day. The leading kitchen and culinary retailer will host four classes this month that will take guests and their dates on a culinary journey to some of the most romantic foodie destinations in the world.

Seasoned chefs and kitchen novices alike can elevate their cooking skills and celebrate their love of food as Sur La Table experts guide them through one of four specialty cooking classes:

  • Wine Country Cooking on Thursday, Feb. 15, featuring a seared steak with rosé cherry gastrique and roasted fingerling potatoes, rosé-butter glazed radishes with fresh herbs and rosé and strawberry tiramisu;
  • Winter in Paris on Thursday, Feb. 22, featuring roasted chicken with tarragon cream sauce, roasted root vegetables and crêpes with orange caramel sauce;
