MAZZONE HOSPITALITY TO OFFER COMPLETE HOLIDAY MEAL PACKAGES

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – Mazzone Hospitality will once again offer a selection of traditional, fully-cooked meals designed to satisfy a variety of festive gatherings this holiday season.

The pre-made meals take the guesswork out of preparing the holiday spread, as all food is served in user-friendly, re-heatable (non-microwaveable) pans, complete with instructions and a meat thermometer.

“The holidays are about spending time with loved ones and enjoying the company of those closest to you,” said Mazzone Hospitality Owner Angelo Mazzone. “Our fully-prepared meals allow all members of the family to relax while still enjoying a high-quality, traditional holiday dinner.”

The holiday meal packages are available as follows:

  • Traditional Roasted Turkey Complete Dinner for 10 for $240

Traditional roasted turkey; herb stuffing; pan gravy and cranberry-orange sauce; au gratin potatoes; caramelized butternut squash with cinnamon maple butter; buttered green beans with roasted cipollini onions and parmesan crumbs; parker house rolls and butter; chocolate flourless cake; apple crumb pie; and cinnamon whipped cream

  • Herb-Crusted Pork Loin Complete Dinner for 10 for $280

Roasted rack of herb-crusted pork loin, herb stuffing; sweet onion and rosemary jus lie; cinnamon apple sauce; au gratin potatoes; caramelized butternut squash with cinnamon maple butter; buttered green beans with roasted cipollini onions and parmesan crumbs; parker house rolls and butter; gravy; chocolate flourless cake; apple crumb pie; and cinnamon whipped cream

  • Roasted Tenderloin of Beef Complete Dinner for 10 for $320 or 20 for $580

Roasted tenderloin of beef; herb demi-glace; horseradish cream; Angelo’s signature 677 Prime steak sauce; au gratin potatoes; caramelized butternut squash with cinnamon maple butter; buttered green beans with roasted cipollini onions and parmesan crumbs; parker house rolls and butter; gravy; chocolate flourless cake; apple crumb pie; and cinnamon whipped cream

Additional a la carte sides are available. Prices include tax.

The dinners may be picked up on Friday, December 23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24 from 9 a.m. to noon at Glen Sanders Mansion in Scotia or Mazzone Catering at 743 Pierce Road in Clifton Park.

Hours vary for Mazzone Hospitality restaurants during the holiday season:

  • Angelo’s 677 Prime will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for gift card sales only on December 24; closed Christmas Day; open from 4 to 11 p.m. on December 31; closed January 1.
  • Angelo’s Prime Bar & Grill will be open from 7 to 11 a.m. on December 24 and 25 for breakfast only; 7 to 11 a.m. for breakfast and 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner on December 31; and 7 to 11 a.m. for breakfast and 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner on January 1.
  • Angelo’s Tavolo will be closed December 24 and 25; open 4 to 9:30 p.m. on December 31; closed on January 1.
  • Aperitivo Bistro will be closed on December 24 and 25; open from 5 to 10 p.m. on December 31; closed on January 1.
  • Fish at 30 Lake will be open from 3 to 4 p.m. with a la carte limited offerings, and bar tapas and raw bar menu only from 4 to 7 p.m. on December 24; closed on December 25; open 3 to 5 p.m. with bar menu only and 5 to 11 p.m. with full a la care menu on December 31 (complimentary champagne toast at midnight); 3 to 5 p.m. with bar menu only and 5 to 9 p.m. with full a la carte menu on January 1.
  • Prime at Saratoga National will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for gift card sales only on December 24; closed December 25; open from 11:30 a.m. to close with full a la carte menu and New Year’s Eve prix-fixe on December 31; closed on January 1.
  • Tala American Bistro will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on December 24 for brunch only; closed Christmas Day; open 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. on December 31 (dinner from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.); closed January 1.
