Residents who live and work in Nassau County can experience Dunkin’s next generation store design with the grand reopening of its newly remodeled restaurant at 3267 Sunrise Highway in Wantagh on Thursday, May 16. Guests will enjoy giveaways and free merchandise from 9 a.m. to noon.
To celebrate the grand reopening, Dunkin’ is offering Free Coffee for a Year to the first 100 guests in line at the restaurant beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 16*. Free Coffee for a Year Giveaway recipients receive a coupon book containing four free medium hot or iced coffee coupons per month for 14 months, good only at the Dunkin’ at 3267 Sunrise Highway in Wantagh. The coupon books will be distributed beginning at 10 a.m.
Dunkin’ franchise network FKB Donuts, Inc. will commemorate the occasion with a $3,000 donation to Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island in conjunction with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island is a member of Sunrise Association, whose mission is to bring back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide through unique experiences while undergoing medical treatments.
“We are excited to unveil this innovative new restaurant to the Wantagh community,” said Dunkin’ franchisee Uri Back. “Additionally, we are proud to support Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island with this $3,000 donation in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, and to underscore the importance of an organization that is dedicated to bringing kids and their families joy during challenging times.”
The check presentation to Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island and grand reopening ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 11 a.m.
Dunkin’ Rewards members, and those who sign up for Dunkin’ Rewards, will have the opportunity to spin a prize wheel for free merchandise, including Dunkin’ cups, pens and cinch bags, beginning at 10 a.m., while supplies last.
The 2,200 square-foot Dunkin’ employs approximately 12 crew members and is now open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The Wantagh Dunkin’ features the brand’s new restaurant design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, including:

- Increased Energy Efficiency: The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement™ restaurant, which is designed to save 25% more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.
