Dunkin’ brings next generation store to Albany

Residents who live and work near St. Peter’s Hospital can now enjoy Dunkin’s next generation store design at 601 New Scotland Avenue in Albany, N.Y. In celebration of the restaurant’s grand reopening, guests enjoyed exclusive giveaways, including special VIP offers and free merchandise, at an event on Thursday, Nov. 16.

Dunkin’ franchisee Prudencio Network commemorated the occasion with a $3,000 donation to the Mended Little Hearts Albany chapter in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Mended Little Hearts is a nonprofit that provides care kits and support to kids and their families battling congenital heart disease.

The 1,715 square-foot newly remodeled Dunkin’ employs approximately 12 crew members and features Dunkin’s new restaurant design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, including:

  • Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive and energetic environment.
  • Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now served through an innovative tap system featuring eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
  • Dunkin’ on Demand: Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the Dunkin’ Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.

“We’re excited to celebrate the grand reopening of our newly remodeled restaurant with exclusive deals for our valued guests. The new amenities that are part of Dunkin’s next generation restaurant concept will keep our community running like never before,” said Lucia Prudencio. “We’re also honored to partner with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation to make a donation to Mended Little Hearts, which supports a cause that is very meaningful to us.”
