Palmyra and Henrietta locations first of up to 20 Dunkin’ Donuts coming to the Greater Rochester area
Rochester, New York, – Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, today announced it has opened two new restaurants in the Greater Rochester area at 544 Main St. in Palmyra, NY and at 1300 Jefferson Rd. in Henrietta, NY.
The restaurants are the first of eight scheduled to open under franchisee Luis Ribeiro in the Greater Rochester area in the coming years following the August 2013 announcement of a multi-unit store development agreement. Ribeiro now owns 28 of the 64 Dunkin’ Donuts in the Greater Rochester area. Overall, Dunkin’ Donuts plans to open as many as 20 restaurants in the Greater Rochester area over the next few years, including the first Downtown Rochester location in early summer.

Dunkin’ Donuts also announced the arrival of Coffee Squares in participating Rochester-area locations. Rochester is one of just four markets nationwide to offer the sweet treats, which are smooth and rich like chocolate but made with real Dunkin’ Donuts coffee for $2.99.
The Palmyra and Henrietta restaurants incorporate the brand’s new “Fresh Brew Cappuccino Blend” design featuring a contemporary layout, color scheme, lighting, seating and other modern conveniences including hardwood flooring, soft couches, digital menu boards and additional USB and electrical outlets. Both restaurants have free Wi-Fi and drive-thru for guests on-the-go. The colorful, soft seating allow guests to relax with friends, have a business meeting, or work on their computers at mobile workstations
The Palmyra restaurant is 1,700 square feet and is open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. It has seating for 15 guests and employs 20 crew members. The Henrietta restaurant is 1,700 square feet and is open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. It has seating for 28 guests and employs 20 crew members.
