Stuyvesant Plaza, the Capital Region’s premier open-air retail destination, today announced that Rowan – the mom-founded, women-led company providing ear piercing exclusively by licensed nurses with hypoallergenic jewelry – will celebrate its grand opening beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, followed by a day dedicated to college students on Saturday, Sept. 27. Rowan will be located to the left of Circles.
Friday’s grand-opening festivities will include a giveaway of signature tote bags to the first 50 customers. Customers also have the opportunity to enter to win a $50 gift card to Rowan when they post a photo of themselves in front of the mural on the left side of the building and follow and tag Stuyvesant Plaza and Rowan. The colorful mural was painted by Westchester Murals in partnership with Rowan and Stuyvesant Plaza.
On Saturday, college students with a student ID will enjoy a 15% discount on all non-piercing jewelry and complimentary refreshments, while supplies last.
