STUYVESANT PLAZA INTRODUCES FAMILY FUN AND FITNESS PROGRAMMING

Lattes & Littles and Revive & Thrive to be offered beginning in August

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. – Stuyvesant Plaza continues to expand its community offerings with two new event series focused on the health and well-being of guests. The monthly series Lattes & Littles will feature rotating kid-friendly creative activities at 9 a.m., beginning Wednesday, Aug. 2. Revive & Thrive will offer weekly fitness classes at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday in August beginning Aug. 5.

The new events reflect Stuyvesant Plaza’s commitment to providing high-quality experiences and amenities to complement its diverse collection of retail and dining destinations. Lattes & Littles and Revive & Thrive are part of a growing calendar of festivities that encourage guests to enjoy Stuyvesant Plaza in innovative ways.

The Lattes & Littles program kicks off on Wednesday, Aug. 2. Caregivers and their “littles” are invited to begin the day with breakfast at BARE Blends or Uncommon Grounds from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. before enjoying pottery painting at the Pottery Place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Each ticket includes a breakfast punch card for 10% off your order at BARE Blends or Uncommon Grounds.

Lattes & Littles continues on the first Wednesday of every month through November. Upcoming events include kids’ yoga stretch at The Hot Yoga Spot on Sept. 6; Halloween book reading and activities at The Book House at Stuyvesant Plaza on Oct. 4; and cookie decorating at Bountiful Bread on Nov. 1.

Tickets are available via Eventbrite for $20 for a single caregiver and child or $30 for a single caregiver and two children. Guests who collect punches at all four Lattes & Littles events will earn a free Stuyvesant Plaza tote bag filled with gifts.

Revive & Thrive is a weekly exercise series to coincide with National Wellness Month. Stuyvesant Plaza fitness studios The Hot Yoga Spot and The Sweat Spot will lead classes each Saturday in August from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. beginning Aug. 5 with an outdoor yoga class.

Upcoming classes include an outdoor bootcamp and cardio class on Aug. 12; yoga on Aug. 19; and bootcamp and cardio on Aug. 26. Tickets are $10 per individual and include a 20% off order discount at BARE Blends on class day. Tickets can be purchased here.

Classes will be held at the Plaza’s grass pad, located at the corner of Fuller Road and Executive Park Drive. Guests will find parking adjacent to the grass pad or in the main Plaza lot. Public transportation is available via CDTA’s number 10 bus.

Tickets for Lattes & Littles and Revive & Thrive are nonrefundable and must be purchased at least one hour in advance of each event.
