MAZZONE HOSPITALITY ANNOUNCES NEW PRIME LIFE PARTNERSHIP WITH AVILA RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

Clifton Park, N.Y. – Mazzone Hospitality today announced it will expand its PRIME Life dining service for senior independent living communities through a new partnership with the Avila Retirement Community in Albany, NY.

“We’re thrilled to announce our new PRIME Life partnership with Avila to provide high quality dining services to one of the Capital Region’s premiere senior independent living communities,” said Angelo Mazzone, owner of Mazzone Hospitality. “Through PRIME Life we can provide quality food and exceptional service to residents seeking new and exciting dining options.”

PRIME Life, an arm of Mazzone Hospitality, launched in June and provides numerous dining options for independent living communities, including light bakery and breakfast items, table service for restaurant style lunch and dinner dining, and full-service catering for celebrations and special occasions.

“We’re excited to provide enhanced dining opportunities for the residents at Avila Retirement Community,” said Tim Vennard, Vice President of PRIME Business Dining and PRIME Life. “The service will offer not just a place to gather but a new social experience including restaurant quality food, special events, and renovated celebration spaces.”

Avila Retirement Community is home to 250 residents currently serving 130 guests per night for dinner. PRIME Life dining at Avila will begin August 1st and will include continental breakfast, daily lunch and dinner service in two separate dining areas with different menus. Meals will include daily and nightly features from the chef and restaurant-quality, made-to-order entrees, Mazzone Hospitality signatures, a build-your-own pasta section featuring Angelo’s Kitchen Sauces, and many other high-end offerings. Sunday brunch and onsite catering for special events will also be available.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Mazzone Hospitality to offer PRIME Life dining and service to our residents,” said Francis Foley, Chief Executive Officer at Avila Retirement Community. “Mazzone Hospitality has set the standard for quality food and service in the Capital Region as Avila has set the standard for senior independent living. We are eager to provide our residents with a wide array of new dining choices.”

PRIME Life will debut at Avila Retirement Community with a Grand Opening and ribbon cutting on Friday, August 7 at 5 p.m. The event will be open to current Avila residents and will include elaborate dessert stations and mocktails.
