MAZZONE HOSPITALITY ANNOUNCES NEW PRIME LIFE DINING SERVICE CATERING TO CAPITAL REGION SENIOR COMMUNITIES

Clifton Park, N.Y.– Mazzone Hospitality today announced a new arm of its PRIME Business Dining division designed to serve senior independent living communities. PRIME Life will provide on-site dining and catering options beginning this spring.

“We’re thrilled to announce a new dining division created to serve the numerous independent living communities in the Capital Region,” said Angelo Mazzone, owner of Mazzone Hospitality. “PRIME Life will enable us to expand our business into a growing market while allowing us to offer premier dining options to communities and venues that were seeking this type of service.”

“We are excited to provide enhanced dining opportunities for residents of independent living communities,” said Tim Vennard, Vice President of PRIME Business Dining and PRIME Life. “The service will offer not just a place to gather but a new social experience including restaurant quality food, special events, chef demonstrations, and renovated celebration spaces.”

The idea for PRIME Life grew as a collaboration between Angelo Mazzone and Ed Neary, Executive Director of Colonie Senior Service Centers.

“As owner-operator of one of the Capital Region’s premier independent senior living communities, The Beltrone Living Center, it is important to us to offer our residents the best of amenities,” said Neary. “Reaching out to Mazzone Hospitality in its search to bring finer dining options to senior living communities will benefit both the residents and Mazzone Hospitality.”

PRIME Life will provide numerous dining options for independent living communities including light bakery and breakfast items, stationed cafes, dining room lunch buffets, to-go service, room service, restaurant-style dining, and full-service catering for celebrations and special occasions.

“Senior communities will have the ability to select as few or as many options as desired,” Mazzone said. “PRIME Life dining will be customizable based on the needs of each client, ranging from a simple weekday meal service to multiple meals and catered events.”

PRIME Life will make its debut at The Beltrone Living Center in Albany, NY, which will initially provide a lunch and dinner to start and then add a breakfast menu, lunch buffet, to-go and room service, multiple restaurant-style dinner seatings, and special events at its 350 resident community. The Beltrone Living Center is truly a unique independent living community.  In addition to many first class amenities they also offer spacious, comfortable apartment homes (both one and two bedroom) specifically designed to be “senior-friendly.”
