Special take-away menu available for the big holiday meal
ALBANY, N.Y. – Let Cardona’s Market handle the cooking this Easter with an easy, delectable take-away dinner package everyone at your table will savor.
The family-owned, Italian specialty grocer and caterer is offering a special reheat-and-serve Easter menu designed to help the busy host get out of the kitchen and back to the fun. The catering package includes a sliced, sweet glazed, house-baked Hatfield ham; potatoes gratin; braised lamb ragout with fregola; green beans with fresh mint and herbed vinaigrette; pasta fagioli; nuts and berries salad; dinner rolls with whipped butter; and a carrot cake for dessert. This holiday feast serves eight to 10 people for $250. Cardona’s traditional Easter pies, Italian Easter bread and the bakery’s homemade sweet pies are also available at an additional cost.

All Easter menu items must be ordered in advance at CardonasMarket.com or by contacting Cardona’s Catering Manager Jessica Evans at [email protected] or (518) 785-7480 ext. 1. All cake and sweet pie orders must be reserved by noon on Tuesday, April 4; all Easter catering packages, Easter pies and Easter breads must be reserved by 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5.
Catering packages will be available for cold pickup only between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 8 at the Cardona’s location of your choice. Reheating instructions will be provided with the meals.
Cardona’s Market is located at 340 Delaware Avenue in Albany, 9 Cobbee Road in Latham and 222 Washington Street in Saratoga Springs.
The Albany and Latham locations are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Saratoga market is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
