Hall of Fame Jockeys visit Dunkin’ Donuts to celebrate new “Sip. Peel. Win.” program and introduce fall flavors

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY; August 30, 2017 Hall of Fame jockeys John Velazquez and Javier Castellano made a special appearance today at the Maple Avenue Dunkin’ Donuts in Saratoga Springs, NY, to introduce the brand’s newest fall flavor, Maple Pecan, as well as the brand’s first-ever national on-cup peel and reveal promotion.

The special appearance came in celebration of the launch of the “Sip. Peel. Win.” program, Dunkin’ Donuts’ first-ever national on-cup peel and reveal promotion, which offers a prize or special deal to every guest who purchases a large or extra-large Hot Coffee, Tea or Hot Chocolate (excluding Espresso) at participating locations through the end of September.

The national program features specially marked cups which are stickered with a game piece, giving guests the chance to win a year’s worth of free coffee and other great prizes, such as Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards, free menu items, Fanatics® prizes and more. Non-winning game pieces have valuable coupons for Dunkin’ product or discounts at Fanatics.com. No purchase or payment necessary, legal U.S. residents, 13+. Guests visiting the Saratoga Springs restaurant today were also treated with a taste of the brand’s newest fall flavor – Maple Pecan. The jockeys provided guests a free medium-sized cup of Dunkin’ Donuts new hot or iced Maple Pecan Flavored Coffee and samples of the new Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.

This maple-inspired event was part of a national Dunkin’ Donuts program, in which 15 Dunkin’ Donuts shops located on Maple Streets, Maple Roads and Maple Avenues throughout the country offered free maple-flavored coffee and breakfast sandwich samples.

Dunkin’ Donuts’ new Maple Pecan flavored coffees and lattes serve a sweet and nutty taste for an exciting new way to stay energized around the changing of the seasons, and are available in the brand’s full coffee lineup, including hot or iced coffee, espresso beverages, Frozen Dunkin’ Coffee and Cold Brew coffee. The new Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich features a double portion of sweet caramelized Maple Sugar Cherrywood smoked bacon served on a freshly-baked croissant with egg and cheese. Both are available for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants through the fall season.

Along with the new maple menu, Dunkin’ Donuts is also offering one of the largest varieties of pumpkin choices of any national restaurant chain. In addition to the brand’s pumpkin flavored coffees and lattes – served hot, iced or frozen – Dunkin’ is bringing back the Pumpkin Donut, a glazed pumpkin cake donut that can also be enjoyed as bite-size MUNCHKINS® donut hole treats. Dunkin’ Donuts’ Pumpkin Muffin is a pumpkin spiced autumn delight topped with white icing and sweet streusel crumbs. And, new for this year, Dunkin’ Donuts has Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread made with real pumpkin, bringing a favorite fall flavor to its classic rich and creamy cream cheese spread guests can enjoy on their favorite bagel variety.

Dunkin’ Donuts also has a sweet new treat for fall, introducing the Festive Fall Donut. Designed especially for fall, the new donut features a festive array of colors celebrating the autumn season, including red icing and chocolate and orange sprinkles.
