Saratoga Race Course, in partnership with Levy Restaurants, will feature a variety of new food and beverage offerings for the 2026 summer meet, highlighted by Opening Weekend specials, a new collectible cup series, new food vendors, and a variety of additions to the track’s premium dining and concession menus.
The summer meet begins with Opening Weekend festivities, Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5, including the return of Dollar Hot Dogs featuring $1 Carnegie Deli Dogs on Saturday, July 4, at Saratoga Race Course.
Among the most notable additions for 2026 is the Saratoga Summer Collectible Cup Series, featuring three commemorative designs by acclaimed artist Greg Montgomery, the longtime Travers poster illustrator.
Available for purchase with draft beer or cocktails throughout the meet, the series includes “The Show,” commemorating the final Belmont Stakes Racing Festival at Saratoga; “The Classic,” celebrating the timeless traditions of Saratoga Race Course; and “The Travers,” honoring the historic Travers Stakes through artwork from Montgomery’s renowned collection.
The collectible cups will be featured alongside the Saratoga Sunrise, the official cocktail of Saratoga Race Course, with Chopin as the new official vodka partner. The Saratoga Sunrise (Chopin vodka, lemonade, and grenadine) will be available in premium dining as well as various concessions throughout the track, including the Chopin Vodka Bar on the second floor of the Clubhouse. Fans can also enjoy Miller Lite and Modelo, Saratoga’s official beer partners, in the commemorative cups, among other available draft offerings.
New food vendors will also make their Saratoga debut in 2026. Ty’s Taco-ria will open in the Backyard, serving scratch-made tacos featuring Greek Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Falafel and Sweet Corn options. Neighborhood Kitchen will debut on the second floor of the Clubhouse with elevated sandwiches, shareable plates such as Burrata & Berries and a Charcuterie Box, and various grab-and-go offerings. Saratoga will also spotlight locally produced Pick Six Vodka and ALB Vodka. Both brands will be featured at Taste NY, while ALB Distilling Co., including the ALB Distilling Espresso Martini, available regular or frozen, will be offered at the ALB backyard gazebo and grandstand bar.
The perennially popular Josh Frosé, derived from Josh Cellars frozen Rosé, is the go-to option on a warm Saratoga summer day at the Josh Cellars Wine Bar.
