Newly remodeled restaurant in Latham with modern features and innovative technologies officially celebrates grand re-opening

LATHAM, N.Y. – Residents who live and work in Latham can now enjoy Dunkin’s next generation store design. Dunkin’, America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, today celebrated the official grand re-opening of its newly renovated restaurant at 1003 Troy-Schenectady Road.

Dunkin’ franchisee Serouse Sharifipour celebrated the grand re-opening by donating $3,000 to the Colonie Youth Center in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. The Colonie Youth Center will use the funding to support its safe and affordable before-school and after-school programs.

The newly remodeled 2,500 square-foot Dunkin’ employs approximately 12 crew members and features Dunkin’s new restaurant design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, including:

  • Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive and energetic environment.
  • Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now poured through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
  • Dunkin’ on Demand: Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the Dunkin’ Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.

“We are thrilled to be a part of Dunkin’s next generation store initiative and are excited to introduce this innovative new restaurant to Albany County,” said Dunkin’ Franchisee Serouse Sharifipour. “The new menu offerings and approachable atmosphere will grab the attention of Dunkin’ fans and help keep Latham running on Dunkin’ for years to come.”

The grand opening celebration also featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony and giveaways.
