AVILA ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DONNA SMITH AS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Smith brings 25 years of senior living and healthcare experience to Avila. In her role as chief executive officer, she will provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the luxury senior living community, which offers all-inclusive, maintenance-free living for independent seniors.

Smith previously served as the founder of Aging Consultants, where she advised senior living communities on methods and strategies to create meaningful solutions for aging challenges through person-centered programs and community partnerships.

Smith holds degrees from Hunter College; Siena College and Hudson Valley Community College. She is certified in sales and customer service from Dale Carnegie.
