Let Cardona’s Market handle the cooking this Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10, with an easy and delicious take-away brunch package everyone at the table will enjoy. The family-owned, Italian specialty grocer and caterer is offering a delicious, worry-free Mother’s Day brunch menu designed to make any mom smile.
The catering package includes house-made pastries with whipped honey butter; Cardona’s signature frittata; fresh fruit platter with a yogurt whipped cream dip; homemade sausage links and thick-cut bacon; nuts and berries salad; savory fingerling hash, French toast bake; and an assorted mini sandwich platter.
“Mother’s Day is the perfect time to create, or revisit, a cherished tradition for Mom with Cardona’s catered brunch, featuring a sweet and savory menu of all of her favorites,” said Cardona’s Co-Owner and Executive Chef Robert Cardona, Jr. “This delicious and simple-to-prepare and beautifully curated menu is the perfect way to show Mom your affection and appreciation for all she does throughout the year.”
All pre-orders must be received by noon on Friday, May 8 for the Mother’s Day brunch, which serves eight to 10 people for $250.

Catering packages will be available for hot or take & reheat pickup only between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 10 at the Cardona’s Market location of your choice.
Cardona’s Market is located at 340 Delaware Avenue in Albany; 9 Cobbee Road in Latham; and 222 Washington Street in Saratoga Springs. The Albany and Latham markets are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the Saratoga market is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All three locations are open Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
