Residents who live and work in Hudson County can now experience Dunkin’s next generation store design at 185 River Drive North in the Newport community of Jersey City.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members 18 years or older in line at the Newport Dunkin’ beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, will receive 100 Days of Free Coffee. 100 Days of Free Coffee recipients will receive a free medium hot or iced coffee for 100 consecutive days on the Dunkin’ App. To qualify, guests must be a Dunkin’ Rewards member or must sign up on the day of the event. *
All guests are invited to spin a prize wheel to win free Dunkin’ merchandise such as exclusive Dunkin’ branded socks and orange beanies, donut keychains and $5 Dunkin’ cards while supplies last. Guests will also enjoy a complimentary Dunkin’ photobooth from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony with local dignitaries will take place at 10:30 a.m.
The newly built, 1,200 square-foot Dunkin’ employs six crew members and is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The Newport restaurant features Dunkin’s next generation design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies, and exciting elements, including:
- Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive, and energetic environment.
- Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now served through an innovative tap system featuring eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee, and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
- Dunkin’ on Demand: With fully-integrated digital kiosks, guests will be able to choose to order with or without the help of a crew member. Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the Dunkin’ Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.
- Increased Energy Efficiency: The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement™ restaurant, which is designed to save 25% more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.
