Members of the local community and Dunkin’ fans alike poured into Dunkin’s newly remodeled next generation restaurant at 1091 Main Street in the Borough of River Edge on Thursday, September 25 as part of its grand reopening celebration.
Dunkin’ franchisee Ramila Patel of Krupa J.S.N.P. LLC commemorated the occasion with a $3,000 donation to Bergen’s Promise in conjunction with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Bergen’s Promise is committed to providing exceptional care management services to keep youth and families physically and emotionally safe.
River Edge Mayor Thomas Papaleo; River Edge Council President Lissa Montisano-Koen; River Edge Councilman Barry Benson; River Edge Councilwoman Indira Kinsella; River Edge Councilwoman Priti Dhariwal; and River Edge Police Chief Michael Walker joined the celebration and participated in a commemorative ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The newly remodeled, 2,100 square-foot Dunkin’ employs nine crew members and is open Monday to Saturday from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
