STUYVESANT PLAZA TO CELEBRATE RELOCATION OF BARE BLENDS

Stuyvesant Plaza, the Capital Region’s premier open-air shopping and dining destination, is thrilled to announce that BARE Blends will celebrate its grand re-opening on Friday, October 3rd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The women-owned healthy foods eatery is preparing to unveil its new location between Blaze Pizza and the Pottery Place.

To mark the occasion, BARE Blends will host a festive celebration featuring complimentary samples and a “Spin-the-Wheel” game where guests can win a variety of prizes. Visitors will also have the chance to sign up for the BARE Blends customer-loyalty program, ensuring they continue to enjoy exclusive deals, special offers, and tasty discounts long after the event.

As part of the refresh, BARE Blends will debut a new menu, including tasty wraps, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, matcha drinks, and delicious avocado toasts made on locally sourced sourdough bread. A new espresso and coffee bar will offer a flavorful selection of hot and cold beverages. Longtime fans can still look forward to returning favorites like acai bowls, fresh pressed juices, and smoothies.

BARE Blends launched in 2018 at Stuyvesant Plaza by local co-founders Annie Berdar and Jessica Fuller as a vegan, dairy-free, plant-based eatery and smoothie shop within a shared space alongside The Hot Yoga Spot. Since that time, it has expanded to include additional locations in New York, Massachusetts, Colorado and Florida.

“We’ve had the pleasure of watching Annie and Jess grow BARE Blends from a passionate start-up at Stuyvesant Plaza into a successful brand with national reach,” said Stuyvesant Plaza General Manager Rachel Ferluge. “Their vision and dedication shine through in every detail of the upcoming makeover, and the grand re-opening will offer a vibrant, refreshed experience that truly reflects their journey and commitment to the community.”

“The new space brings our vision for BARE Blends to life in a bigger, cozier, and more functional way,” said Annie Berdar, co-owner of Bare Blends. “We’ve enhanced our behind-the-scenes operations for more efficient service while maintaining the quality and flavor our guests love. More than anything, it finally feels like the warm and welcoming café we always dreamed of. We can’t wait for you to stop in, relax, and enjoy great food, drinks, and free Wi-Fi in our beautiful new home.”

“We’re thrilled to unveil our new location, which truly reflects the vision we’ve always had for the BARE Blends brand,” said Jessica Fuller, co-owner of BARE Blends. “Guests can expect the same beloved menu items, along with exciting new additions that elevate the experience even further. We know everyone is going to be blown away.”

You can visit BARE Blends Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

BARE Blends is part of Stuyvesant Plaza’s robust collection of locally-owned and operated small businesses that have recently opened or undergone remodels, including Samantha Nass Floral Design, Peaches Café, 5th Corner Goods & Gifts, Union Hall Supply Co. and Simone’s Kitchen.
