Residents who live and work in Manhattan and ride the Long Island Rail Road can now experience Dunkin’s next generation store design inside New York City’s storied Penn Station.
Penn Station’s Long Island Rail Road Concourse is now home to its first 24-hour, next generation Dunkin’. Guests are invited to celebrate the grand opening of the brand-new store on Wednesday, August 13 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Beginning at 9 a.m., guests can receive a $5 Dunkin’ card, while supplies last; take home a complimentary and personalized photo magnet; enjoy product samplings; and meet Dunkin’s official mascot, Cuppy.
Dunkin’ will welcome former New York Yankees and New York Mets outfielder and coach Lee Mazzilli to the newly opened restaurant from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Guests can take part in a complimentary meet-and-greet with the two-time World Series Champion and enjoy a commemorative photo magnet keepsake.
Dunkin’ franchisee ADR Ventures will mark the occasion with a $1,500 donation to the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Founded in 2006, the Joy in Childhood Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization powered by Dunkin’ and the generosity of their franchisees, partners, employees and guests. The mission of the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation is to provide the simple joys of childhood to kids battling hunger or illness.
A check presentation and grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 10 a.m.
The brand-new Penn Station Dunkin’ is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
