The select offerings are available for order at all Cardona’s markets and will accommodate a wide variety of audiences, ranging from individuals to larger groups.

Perfect for taking on-the-go to one of the Capital Region’s many exciting summer activities, Cardona’s Track-SPAC-Boat packs include a branded carrying box filled with your choice of one of the following footlong subs, served with provolone; lettuce; tomato; and condiment packs: Ham; Italian Mix; Roast Beef; Turkey; or Veggie (Caprese Style). The bundle also includes Saratoga Chips, Saratoga Water and a homemade cookie for $22.
For those feeding a larger crowd, Cardona’s Cooler Bundle for 4 features a dual-temperature cooler highlighting Cardona’s’ 80th Anniversary, and includes a choice of four six-inch subs, four bags of Saratoga chips, four Saratoga waters and four chocolate chip cookies for $99.
Cardona’s trackside catering packages, coined “Big Race Bundles”, are available in six flavorful varieties that feature platters, salads, subs, wraps, classic Italian and barbecue meals. Big Race Bundles must be ordered by noon on the day prior to pick-up.
