The Father’s Day “Grill and Chill” menu is, as its name implies, all about keeping things simple at the grill without sacrificing the flavors dad craves.
The mouth-watering grill menu generously serves 4 to 6 people and includes Cardona’s Butcher Shoppe fresh cut strip steaks, white balsamic and mustard marinated pork chops, roasted potatoes, tomato mozzarella salad, arancini with marinara, Italian garlic loaf bread and a mini assorted brownie platter for $165. Pre-orders are due by Noon on Friday, June 13.
If you are preparing to have a larger gathering, add on one of Cardona’s Specialty Chicken Cutlet Sub Platters feeding 8 to 10 people, featuring a delectable assortment of chicken cutlet subs including Joe’s Special (chicken cutlet, cheddar cheese, bacon, L/T/O, mayo); Fuh-gettabout-it (chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, spinach, sage, tomato, and olive oil); Cobbee Road (chicken cutlet, smoked mozzarella, sundried tomato, caramelized onions, and pesto); and Chicken Bruschetta (Chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, house-marinated tomato, fresh basil, and roasted garlic spread) and Bleu Bison (chicken cutlet tossed in buffalo sauce, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomato, ranch) for $99.
Additionally, Cardona’s is offering a specialty Vegetarian Sub Platter on Dad’s day that serves 8 to 10 people and includes an assortment of tasty eggplant cutlet and vegetarian subs featuring Rabe C (fried eggplant, broccoli Rabe, sharp provolone, hot pepper spread, balsamic glaze; Dottie G. (fried eggplant, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, roasted red peppers, tomato, olive oil); and Kailey (fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, green peppers, cucumbers, L/T/O, Italian dressing) for $75.
