Excitement Brewing in Fort Drum with Opening of New Dunkin’ Donuts Restaurant
Dunkin’ Donuts to keep residents of Fort Drum running with winning combination of fast, fresh and affordable foods and beverages

Fort Drum, NEW YORK -- Dunkin' Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, has opened a new restaurant at Fort Drum in the Jack T. Sweet Complex. To commemorate the 10th Mountain Division, which is stationed at Fort Drum, a seven-foot by 12-foot mural depicting 10th Mountain Division soldiers past and present is featured on an inside wall of the restaurant.
The face of a 10th Mountain Division soldier is shown on the mural, with smaller images appearing in his goggles, including a World War II soldier helping a modern-day 10th Mountain Division infantryman up the face of a cliff. The mural features the 10th Mountain Division motto: “Climb to Glory.”
The new Fort Drum location will be open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is 650 square feet, employs approximately 15 crew members and seats 100 people. To provide an engaging and friendly environment for guests, the new restaurant will offer large flat-screen televisions and free Wi-Fi.
As for the menu, the new Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant will offer high-quality, great-tasting items that can be enjoyed all day, including signature favorites such as a wide-variety of hot and iced coffee and baked goods. The menu will also feature Dunkin’ Donuts’ new Bakery Sandwiches, including Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Ham & Cheese, Roast Beef, and Turkey, Cheddar & Bacon, all served oven-toasted and made-to-order on a French roll, bagel, or croissant. Throughout the month of February, guests can also enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts’ heart-shaped donuts. The Cupid’s Choice Donut is a heart-shaped donut filled with Bavarian Kreme, topped with strawberry icing and a festive mix of pink, white and red heart-shaped sprinkles. The new Chocolate Heart Donut is a chocolate frosted heart-shaped donut with vanilla buttercreme filling, topped with chocolate chips.

The first Dunkin’ Donuts opened in the Watertown market in 2002. Today, there are 10 Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the Watertown market.
