- All booths are 10-feet wide by 8-feet deep unless otherwise noted. Electric and phone service available at additional charge.

- Main floor ceiling height of 16’6”
- 24’ x 24’ freight elevator located at the center of the main floor rises to stage (or second) level. Dock size and doors are 10’ wide x 12’ high.
- Underground parking for 4,000 vehicles.
- Exhibitors may move and install their own displays.

This event will receive maximum media exposure including:
- An extensive advertising and promotion campaign via television, newspaper and radio, both locally and regionally.
- A comprehensive promotional campaign via our show sponsors including tagging of advertising and in-store displays. Stewart’s Shops, for example, will have event information in more than 300 stores throughout the Northeast!
- Feature stories in magazines and newspapers as well as TV news and radio talk show interviews. Check out the press releases here!
- Show guide with feature stories, schedule of events, floor plan, and more will be distributed in the Sunday, October 31st Times Union with additional copies available to show-goers at the event.
