Local man pops the question with engagement ring from Northeastern Fine Jewelry and Tacori

Fillies Day at Saratoga Race Course, which celebrates the contributions of women to the thoroughbred industry while raising funds for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation Play for P.I.N.K.
