MAZZONE HOSPITALITY TO PROVIDE CATERING AND CULINARY SERVICES AT HEARST MEDIA CENTER

Colonie, N.Y. – Mazzone Hospitality will serve as the exclusive provider of catering and culinary services for the forthcoming Hearst Media Center, located adjacent to the Times Union headquarters at 645 Albany-Shaker Road in Colonie, NY.

Under the agreement, Mazzone Hospitality will provide all culinary services for the new 11,000-square-foot conference and events facility, which is set to officially open in early May. The space features a 300-seat main conference center and two smaller conference rooms, all fully equipped with audio visual presentation tools. The space is designed for conferences, meetings and seminars.

Function guests at the Hearst Media Center will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of high-quality food and beverage offerings from Mazzone Hospitality, including specially designed selections for breakfast, lunch, dinner, break-out sessions and cocktail functions.

The Hearst Media Center will host its inaugural event – a breakfast hosted by the Times Union’s Capitol Confidential team – on Tuesday, May 9, 8-10 a.m. During the event moderated by Times Union State Editor Casey Seiler, state legislative leaders will discuss the issues that will shape the conclusion of the 2017 session.
