Lisa directly oversees the agency’s advertising, promotions and events departments while assisting in client recruitment and development, personnel management and in the adoption of new communications technology and strategy, including social media.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa served as general manager of SMG’s First Arena in Elmira, N.Y., where she booked the 4,000-seat arena, oversaw the operations of a recreational rink and was general manager of the facility’s hockey team - the Elmira Jackals. In 2004, First Arena, under her direction, joined Elmira College to successfully bid for the 2005 NCAA Division III Men’s Ice Hockey championship.
Before that, Lisa served as general manager of the New Haven Coliseum. In addition to her facility GM duties, Lisa also oversaw the business operations of the New Haven Ninjas of arenafootball2. During her tenure there, Yale and the Coliseum secured the 2004 NCAA Women’s Frozen Four.
Prior to New Haven, Lisa served as the director of marketing at Pepsi Arena in Albany, N.Y. Lisa oversaw the marketing of arena concerts and family shows as well as the marketing of the arena’s team tenants, including Siena Basketball. Lisa also coordinated the management of six NCAA hockey/basketball events during an eight-year period (1994–2001).
Lisa is a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y., where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
An avid sports fan, Lisa is a native of the Capital Region. In her spare time, “LeLe” hangs out with her “BFF,” her seven-year-old niece, Gabby.
